This week we have continued the theme of transportation and most of the activities have been placed around this theme.
Nursery children made bottle rockets, hot air balloons, boats and trains. They have been working on correct pencil grip, perfecting tracing along dotted lines, copying shapes, mazes and colouring pictures.
Preschool children learnt the sound and words that contain 'ss'. They made crowns of grass, glasses, space shuttles and trains. They focused on subtraction/one less for mathematics. On Tuesday, each group made race cars out of boxes and they had a great time racing against each other in the back garden.
