Dear Parents,
You are invited to come and meet with your child's key teacher on Saturday 18th January between 12:00 and 1:30, to receive and discuss your child's Learning Journey Report.
Upon arrival you will receive your child's Learning Journey to carry on looking through whilst waiting to see your child's teacher.
There will be a slide show of photos playing in the TV/Media room for you to watch whilst waiting for your child's teacher. As soon as she is available, you will be invited to meet with her and ask questions regarding your child's development.
We aim to keep each meeting to approximately 10 minutes in order to give a fair chance to the other parents. Once you have finished your discussion, you may take your child home, please ensure you sign them out before leaving. You may use the front garden of the Nursery if you need to wait for older siblings to finish at school.
Parents who are unable to make it to the meeting may send the driver to collect the report at the same time as collecting your child. The driver will be required to sign for the report.
We ask that you kindly return the Learning Journey to us next Saturday, in order for us to continue adding to them.
Please note, in order to ensure the safety of the children during this busy time, we ask that the parents of both Nursery and Preschool children use only the Nursery entrance to the building on this occasion.
